These photocells belong to the category of wireless photocells as they only require wiring on one side. The transceiver is placed on the side where wiring is required. The reflector, which measures 10x10cm, is placed on the opposite side.

Their size is convenient and does not pose a problem in most installations.

Furthermore, the above photocells offer the following advantages:

• In addition to not requiring wiring, they also do not require batteries like other wireless photocells. This practically means that the user installs them and does not have to worry about them again.
•  The large reflective surface of the reflector makes their operation more reliable.
• The design of the Witt Sensoric RP25 photocells is suitable for outdoor use, which makes them suitable for use in garage doors.  
• They have a range of 15m, making them suitable for most garage doors/driveway gates.
• They are not interfered with by sunlight or other light sources as they operate with a polarized light filter. This means that they can detect even reflective objects between the transceiver and the reflector, so they are not easily fooled by the shiny surface of a car.

In the above video, although a round reflector has been used, the process remains the same. However, the square reflector, due to its larger surface area, performs better and has therefore been preferred by our company. The transceiver can also be used horizontally as in the video, although this is not the usual case.
